PROJECT MANAGER
Your on-site leader responsible for schedule, logistics, quality control and overall coordination. They are present daily aligning trades, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges as they arise.
LEAD CARPENTER
Responsible for what is built, how it is built, and who builds it. The Lead Carpenter maintains craftsmanship standards and ensures the execution reflects the level of care established during planning.
DESIGN STEWARD
Serving as the bridge between design and field operations, the Design Steward coordinates documentation, tracks decisions, and communicates progress clearly and consistently.
COMMUNICATION + TRANSPARENCY
You are not kept at a distance from the process
We hold weekly project meetings with you and your team. You receive detailed progress notes, photo documentation, and clear visibility into schedule updates and cost implications.
Change orders are communicated proactively.
Decisions are documented clearly.
Momentum is maintained deliberately.
